About Heather
Heather Davis is a Partner at Linnitts Solicitors and Head of the Family Department. She has over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of family law and has gained a reputation of reassuring and advising clients and assisting them in a sensitive and friendly manner. She is committed to providing clear explanations of the processes involved and working towards a fair, workable and cost-effective resolution. Many of Heather’s clients are personally recommended by previous clients.
Heather is able to assist parties at any stage of their relationship advising upon issues relating to cohabitation or pre-marital agreements, separation, divorce, financial matters following relationship breakdown and also children and contact issues as they arise.
Heather adopts a practical and effective approach to all matters, taking the time to listen to her client’s concerns and expectations with a view to providing clear advice, avoiding unnecessary conflict and instead, working towards an outcome that enables her clients to move on to the next stage in their lives.
Where it is not possible to resolve matters by agreement and Court proceedings become necessary, Heather is experienced in representing clients at various stages of the Court process.
Outside of work, Heather is married with three adult children and one grandchild. She enjoys swimming, cake decorating and travelling abroad when time permits.
