About Lucy
Lucy was born in the West Country and raised in Torbay. Over the years, she has built many links with clients, estate agents, and fellow professionals across the whole of Devon and Somerset.
She specialises in residential property work such as sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and equity release work.
Lucy has a friendly ‘can do’ no jargon approach with her clients.
Lucy is a law graduate and Chartered Legal Executive, and has also completed a Master’s dissertation on Common-hold land.
She is an affiliate member of Devon and Somerset Law Society, and is an active committee member of the Devon Branch of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Outside of work, Lucy lives with her two children. She enjoys live theatre, going to the cinema, and raising money for charitable causes, particularly where mud is involved!
