About Naomi

Naomi joined the conveyancing team in August 2019 as a Conveyancing Executive. She works from our Tiverton office. Naomi specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, both registered and unregistered. She also deals with the conveyancing aspect of re-mortgages, Help-to-Buy ISA’s and Transfers of Equity.

Naomi's legal career began in July 2000 when she joined a local law firm as an Office Junior/receptionist. She quickly progressed from this, to running her own caseload of conveyancing work. She is currently a Trainee Legal Executive, continuing her studies through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with a view to becoming a Chartered Legal Executive in the near future.

Naomi fully appreciates that moving home can be very stressful. She therefore prides herself in being efficient and supportive to both clients and other parties involved in the transaction, ensuring regular updates and advice are forthcoming where needed in order to make the process as straightforward as possible. 

Naomi strives to provide a personal service and she is always happy to meet with clients to talk through any queries and concerns they may have. Alternatively, she will communicate effectively by telephone or e-mail, using as little legal jargon as possible to make the process transparent and achievable without any fuss.

Having worked in the Tiverton area 19 years, Naomi has excellent professional links with local Estate Agents and other law firms alike, which assists in the smooth running of transactions.

Outside of work, Naomi enjoys music, reading, movies, rugby as a spectator sport and caring for her menagerie of strange animals.
